  3. Friends of Ed site says the book was published on 21st May 2007 so I placed an order at amazon.ca today. Amazon’s order confirmation says I can expect delivery on Jan 4 2008….!

    Is the book out? And if so do you know who holds stock, preferably in Canada?

    Oh yes, most definitely.

    I also noticed that Amazon.ca says, “This title has not yet been released.” It says it is in stock at Amazon.com.

    I think it is because of being in Canada ~= the release date is American. I live in Canada and I’m one of the authors, and I’m still waiting to receive my copy (the other, US-based authors got theirs before the public release date). It’s likely in the mail… somewhere…

    I don’t think you’ll have to wait ‘til Jan ’08. :)

  5. I think except USA anyone in the rest of the world have to wait. Because I ordered it in Borders in Malaysia and they said I need to wait 3 to 4 months!!!
    so, I canceled the local order here and asked a friend to buy from US and mail to me. Much faster that way.
    Hope to get it in a few days.

  6. I’m over half way through the book and I can certainly say it was worth the money. It’s full of little gems that I’m sure most pros didn’t know.
