I’m told Textpattern is now the first CMS that supports Polytonic Greek characters, as used to represent Classical Greek diacritics.
Example site here. As you’ll see, the Polytonic characters are automatically transliterated (or “dir-ified”, if you prefer) to ASCII URL titles – «Πάτε
