Under the hood, there are a few sections where Textpattern acts mostly as a ‘wrapper’ around custom PHP scripts to provide a common look and feel, and paths to access the content provided by those scripts. A great demonstration of how Textpattern plays nice with existing code, while still letting a developer have fine control of the markup and styling of a project.
