We are pleased to announce a beta release of Textpattern CMS 4.7.

The hardest type of post to write is one about someone who is no longer with us.

Ask anyone new to Textpattern what its one deficiency is compared to the competition, and the answer is usually “Where are the Themes?” We finally have an answer to that.

The old website design served us well for more than a few years, but it’s time for a whole new lick of (black, white and yellow) paint to be applied to Textpattern’s home. Here I’ll explain some of the techniques used and choices made during the process.
